Birth Support Package
The earlier we begin working together, the more deeply this support can take root. While this package includes a minimum of two prenatal visits — in your home or virtually — many families find that beginning earlier in pregnancy and meeting regularly opens a window for real, lasting change. These visits are intentionally education-rich, covering everything from understanding your body's physiology in labor to nutrition, movement, comfort measures, and the cascade of choices you may encounter along the way. The goal is that by the time labor begins, you feel genuinely informed — not just prepared, but clear.
A significant part of our time together is devoted to building your decisions path — a living, thoughtful outline of your values, preferences, and priorities for birth. We'll also shape a secondary path alongside it, so that if the unexpected arises, you already know how you feel about it. You won't be making decisions in the hardest moments without a foundation beneath you.
When labor begins, I'll be with you — offering continuous physical support, emotional presence, and advocacy throughout your birth. After your baby arrives, we'll meet for a postpartum visit to check in on how you're both settling in. Families who want more sustained care through the fourth trimester are warmly invited to continue with a postpartum support package.

Postpartum Support Package
No two fourth trimesters look the same — and no postpartum package should either. This offering is built around you, shaped first by what you hope for and anticipate in those early weeks, and then continuously adapted to what you and your baby actually need as you live it. The postpartum period is not something to simply get through — it is matrescence, the becoming of a mother, and it deserves real, unhurried, attentive care.
Visits can be scheduled during the day or overnight depending on your family's needs, and the support shifts naturally with whatever arises. This package is intentionally broad in what it can hold — a warm meal prepared in your kitchen with your healing body in mind, laundry folded and a tidied space so you can rest without the weight of a chaotic home, steady hands and a calm presence beside you as you find your footing in newborn care, and gentle guidance through the early learning curve of feeding your baby. Some visits will be largely practical. Others will be mostly presence. Many will be both.
What stays consistent is that this is not a checklist — it's a relationship that we revisit and reshape as you move through the weeks, because who you are on day three postpartum and who you are on day thirty are not the same person, and your support shouldn't be either.

The Foundational Education For Preconception & Pregnancy
If there is any season to invest deeply in your own education and wellbeing, it is this one. The Foundations package is unlike most birth education courses. It is built for the mother or family who understands that the choices made before and during pregnancy ripple far beyond the birth itself — and who wants the knowledge, the community, and the direct support to make those choices with confidence and intention.
At the heart of this experience is a trimester-based education series you move through at your own pace, covering the full arc of pregnancy with depth and care from preconception to the fourth trimester or postpartum. The curriculum centers on what nourishes — the foods and nutrients that build a thriving pregnancy, the movement practices that support your changing body, and a grounding understanding of your physiology so that what you feel makes sense to you. We also look honestly at environment — the spaces, substances, and stressors that surround your growing baby, and what it looks like to create conditions for them to flourish.
Alongside the self-paced content, you'll have direct access to me for questions, deeper conversation, and curated resources as they become relevant to your journey. You'll also be welcomed into a trimester-matched support group — a small, intentional community of people at a similar stage. These are not passive spaces. They are places to process, to ask hard questions, and to feel genuinely accompanied by myself and other mothers experincing the same timeframe of pregnancy.
If you are taking advantage of this biologically unique opportunity to embrace lifestyle shifts this is where you belong. This course will guide you into clarity around what choices matter most to you and your family and how to manifest lasting impacts today and into the years to come.

Wherever you are in your journey as a mother, as a partner, as a family — this is a place to come as you are and move toward something better. Rooted is a fully custom wellness experience designed around your life, your goals, and the pace at which change actually sticks. There is no single starting point and no finish line. There is only the ongoing, deeply personal work of building a life that feels good to live in.
Together we'll look honestly at what surrounds your family — the products you clean your home with, the food on your table, what's in your cosmetics, the quality of what you put on and in your body every single day. We'll look at plastic exposure, pesticide load, synthetic chemicals, and the subtler things too — the habits, relationships, and environments that quietly drain rather than restore. From there we build something intentional in their place, one layer at a time, in a way that is sustainable and genuinely yours.
Plant medicine sits at the center of this work. Drawing on herbal tradition and current research, we'll explore how plants can support your family's everyday wellness — from what you cook with and how you stock your pantry, to the remedies and rituals that have nourished families across generations. For those curious about whole food or plant-based eating, we'll explore what that looks like practically, pleasurably, and with deep nutritional grounding behind every choice.
This package is for the family that wants to live in greater harmony — with their bodies, their home, their community, and the earth they're raising their children on. That kind of life is absolutely available to you, and it starts with knowing where to look.
